Rentalbundle — rental management platform
Rentalbundle is software for rental businesses in Thailand — car and motorbike
rental shops, dress and costume rental, and equipment rental. It replaces the
spreadsheets and paper notebooks these shops use to track what is rented out,
to whom, and for how long.

What the product does
- Booking calendar showing which vehicles or items are free on any date
- A public booking page each shop can share with its own customers
- Front-desk handover and return checks with photos and customer signatures
- Payments, deposits, invoices and receipts, including Thai PromptPay slips
- Staff accounts with roles, plus revenue and utilisation reports
- A shared inbox for customer messages from the shop's website and LINE
Who it is for
Small and medium rental operators who need one place to see their bookings,
their money and their fleet. Each shop's data is private to that shop.
Accounts and sign-in
Shop owners create a free account at
app.rentalbundle.com using an email
address or a Google Account. Signing in with Google gives us only your name,
email address and profile picture — nothing else.
