What we store

Your account email, your shop settings, and the data your team enters — assets, bookings, customer records, payment slips and uploaded documents. If you join the waitlist, we keep the email you submitted so we can contact you when access opens.

How we use it

Only to run the service: showing your data back to your team, sending billing and service emails, and improving the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Signing in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from your Google Account, and we use them solely to create and identify your Rentalbundle account. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts, and we request no other Google data.

Where it lives

Data is hosted on Supabase cloud infrastructure. Each shop's data belongs to that shop — other tenants cannot read it. Card payments are processed by Stripe, so card numbers never reach our servers.

How it is protected

Every shop's data is isolated with row-level security (RLS) at the database layer, so one tenant can never query another tenant's records. Uploaded photos and documents are kept in private storage and served through short-lived signed URLs — there are no public file links. All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your shop's data at any time by emailing rentalbundle@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
